Despatch within 24 hours by Royal Mail First Class post. Orders received by noon will be despatched the same day.
Outside the UK

All prices and payments made in Sterling (GBP).
Cancellation policy
Our on line ordering system processes your order straight away.
In the event of a cancellation / change to the order - please email info@purelymineral.co.uk immediately and we will endeavour to assist. Charges may apply.
New / unused products
For Health and Hygiene reasons, we can only accept Purely Mineral products returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened we cannot accept any returned products.
Damaged in transit / faulty product
